Our Team

Our Team- Our Strength comes through our team.

At present we have, online operating at the heart of our community 25 Trafalgar Community Care team members. All of our Community Care team are committed and dedicated to their role. They are all experienced and have sufficient qualifications and training.

Angela is our loyal and long serving Assistant Manager. She has over 20 years experience within the care and support industry. Angie is a loving mother to 2 daughters and grandma to 7. “Angie” is both professional and compassionate and is core to building strong bonds with our team, service users and their families.

Anthony is Trafalgar Community Care’s founder and director. Anthony developed a passion for home care growing up in a ‘care centred’ family. Anthony’s mother, 2 sisters and even his father for a short time have provided home care to many people within the community. Home care is very much at the centre of Anthony’s life. Anthony has been involved in the care industry for over 15 years.

Karon is Trafalgar Community Care’s manager. Karon is a mother of 4 and granny to 4. She is committed and passionate about home care. Karon has committed more than 20 years to the care industry. Karon is focused on service users and being the main source of support to their families. Karon is knowledgeable and experienced in care and loves to share her experience with the team assisting them to continually gain knowledge.

Jo is the newest member of the Trafalgar Community Care team. Jo is leading recruitment and is our trainee co-ordinator. Jo is a mum of 2 young boys and has recently returned to the UK after living as an expatriate for many years. Jo has a very caring nature, she loves animals, was a pre school teacher and manager for many years and has worked within the home care industry since she was 16 years old. Jo’s 1st ever job was as a home carer and she is thoroughly enjoying returning to the field and being a part of ensuring that the companies aims and values are shared to new employees.
